| As a lecturer, I have experience in teaching, class management, public speaker and also research. As for now I have taught subjects such as; Self Development; Counseling; Adult and Old Age Psychology and Abnormal Psychology. I also became the Guidance Lecturer for Psychology Students Batch 2016. As a Guidance Lecturer, my job is to screen the need of my designated students. To guide them in term of self development, academic choices and also to handle administrative that is related to them. I also became the Head of Psychology Laboratory. My job regarding this position is to carry out activities which include research and seminar followed by Laboratory members. The main theme of the seminar and research revolve around mental health, education and developmental Psychology I was also in charge of prospective students scholarship. My job was to assess their letter of intent, paper and interview them by phone. The goal of that activity is to find the best candidate to obtain a scholarship.. | As a university guidance counselor my main job was to maintain and monitor students mental health. My job description was: Testing administration To administer psychological test called Adolescent Personality Questionnaire to freshman students. Administering include give instruction and make sure that all the students who are assigned finish the test. Initial interviews To inform the result of the test towards the students. To give some appropriate suggestion in relate to the test result and to detect students with concern. Counseling Session To help students with concern who previously detected. To give appropriate treatment that suitable for students concern. Treatment can happen in several session. Exit Interview To conduct an exit interview for the graduating students. The interview focus on guide and checking students plan after graduation Program Development To conduct a program that is suitable for a group of students with similar concern, the idea of this program is to guide them to solve students concern and maintain equilibrium state. Test Interpretation To give interpretation for the other test such as inventory test or projective test given to the students by the supervisor. Administrative Matter To accomplish a systematic filing and documentation in related to the counseling matter. |
